MEASUREMENT AND CALCULATION OF AREAS
We make area measurements in Poland and Europe on the basis of both projects and fields studies. Those measurements include: usable areas, gross areas, net, IGA, GLA for office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, residential buildings including townhouses and others in Poland and Europe in the following standards: BOMA office, BOMA industrial, BOMA retail, BOMA mixused, Tegova, GIF, RISC, IPMS, PN-ISO 9836:1997, Law on Local Taxes and Charges (standard for Poland), PN 70/B-02365 (archival standard). We calculate the add-on factors of common floor and building areas.
ARCHITECTURAL-BUILDING
INVENTORIES
We prepare architectural inventories in Poland and Europe. We carry out the following inventories: architectural construction, construction and installation inventories (distribution and description of wiring and technical equipment in the building), roof measurements, façade measurements, drilling through wall buildings, openings and boreholes through buildings. The inventory can be supplemented by technical expertise and opinions.
SCANNING, PHOTOGRAMMETRY,
AND DRONES MEASUREMENTS
We perform drone measurements and 3D scanning in Poland and Europe of hard-to-reach places such as: architectural inventories; visualization of buildings from the outside and inside; inventories of linear objects (roads, railroad tracks, rivers, bridges); inventories of hydrotechnical objects (dams, sluices, hydroelectric plants); inventories of production lines in industry; inventories of tanks (oil, gas); measurements of ships and planes; inventories of historical monuments and elevations, large areas (farms, industrial parks).
GEOLOGICAL BOREHOLES
AND MEASUREMENTS
We perform in Poland and Europe: drilling and excavation, fathoming the ground, stability analysis of the escarpment, cracks measurements, inclinometric measurements, piezometric measurements, geotechnical opinions. We have specialists with geological licensure supported by extensive experience.

GEODESY
We do (only in Poland) for our customers legal geodesy in the following areas: border demarcation, plotting and merging the land, division of property, map for preservation purposes, map for court purposes, list of changes of registration data, synchronization list, preliminary division project, decree maps, maps of land easements.

Measurement of displacements, settlement of buildings, settlement of dams, measurements of power lines, survey of track geometry and vertical walls, measurements of aggregate heaps, longitudinal and transverse measurements of rivers and flood embankments, measurements of water areas and inclinometer measurements, bathymetric maps, placement of wells and others.
CERTIFIED TRAINING IN SURFACE
MEASUREMENT STANDARDS
We organize training and congresses in the Polish language about areas measurement standards: foreign (BOMA, GIF, Tegova, RICS, IPMS) and Polish (PN-ISO 9836: 1997, PN-ISO 9836: 2015-12, PN-70 / B, UPOIL – Law on taxes and local charges). While training you will learn how to make a lot of money by renting property and lowering taxes. So far we have conducted several dozens of training courses and trained about a thousand people.
