MEASUREMENT AND CALCULATION OF AREAS<\/h2><\/div>

We make area measurements in Poland and Europe on the basis of both projects and fields studies. Those measurements include:\u00a0usable areas, gross areas, net, IGA, GLA for office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, residential buildings including townhouses and others in Poland and Europe in the following standards: BOMA office, BOMA industrial, BOMA retail, BOMA mixused, Tegova, GIF, RISC, IPMS, PN-ISO 9836:1997, Law on Local Taxes and Charges (standard for Poland), PN 70\/B-02365 (archival standard).\u00a0 We calculate the add-on factors of common floor and building areas.<\/p>\n

We prepare architectural inventories in Poland and Europe. We carry out the following inventories: architectural construction, construction and installation inventories (distribution and description of wiring and technical equipment in the building), roof measurements, fa\u00e7ade measurements, drilling\u00a0through wall buildings, openings and boreholes through buildings. The inventory can be supplemented by technical expertise and opinions.<\/p>\n

We perform drone measurements\u00a0and 3D scanning in Poland and Europe of hard-to-reach places such as: architectural inventories; visualization of buildings from the outside and inside; inventories of linear objects (roads, railroad tracks, rivers, bridges); inventories of hydrotechnical objects (dams, sluices, \u00a0hydroelectric plants); inventories of production lines in industry; inventories of tanks (oil, gas); measurements of ships and planes; inventories of historical monuments and elevations, large areas (farms, industrial parks).<\/p>\n
